「Worth Buying」Fitbit Inspire 3 — 18 g You Forget You're Wearing, 10-Day Battery! $129.94 CAD

Amazon.ca has the Google Fitbit Inspire 3 (Midnight Zen / Black) at $129.94 CAD. This model holds its price — discounts are rare, so this is more a "in stock, take it" situation than a deal hunt. Prime members ship free; otherwise free over $35.

It weighs 18 g with a 0.74-inch AMOLED touchscreen and 5ATM water resistance to 50 m. The point of it is that you forget it's there — which is why it sits at #3 in Sport Activity Trackers and moved 2,000+ units last month. Not the most feature-packed tracker; the easiest one to keep wearing.

What it covers: all-day heart rate, resting HR, SpO2, skin temperature, 20+ exercise modes, auto exercise detection, move reminders. Sleep tracking is the detailed part — nightly score, personal sleep profile, silent vibrating alarm. Stress gets a daily score plus breathing and mindfulness sessions. Irregular rhythm notifications work in Canada, though the company notes they aren't for people under 22.

Battery is the honest selling point: rated 10 days, most people charge weekly, two hours to full. Box includes small and large bands plus the charging cable, and new Premium users get three months free.

4.2 stars over 9,000+ reviews. Praise centres on weight, easy setup and a genuinely usable app; the deductions are about the screen and interface feeling cheap for the money. That's the trade-off — it's for people who want step, heart rate and sleep logging without paying for notifications and a nicer display. Want continuous SpO2 or standalone GPS, budget up.
