Anyone with two or more cats knows the real problem with a cat tree is sharing. This 82-inch, 7-level tower is built for multi-cat homes: 3 top perches, 2 condos, 2 hanging baskets and 6 sisal posts, so each cat can pick its own spot instead of all crowding onto one platform.

The high top perches are prime sunbathing and bird-watching real estate. The two semi-enclosed condos are lined in plush for naps or quiet time, and the sisal posts give claws somewhere to go besides your sofa and curtains.

It's built from engineered wood, plush and sisal, weighs about 20.8 kg, and the base is anti-slip. An anti-tipping strap is included — worth fitting if you have a cat that launches itself up the tower. Assembly takes around 30 minutes with the included instructions, and the surface wipes clean.

Rated 4.6 stars across 80+ reviews and sitting in the top 100 of its category, $129.99 for a 2-metre-plus multi-level tower is a fair deal for a multi-cat household.
