Winix 115115 Genuine Filter A — Full Year Set (1 HEPA + 4 Carbon) for C535/5300-2/P300! $42.73 CAD (53% Off)

Amazon.ca currently has the genuine Winix 115115 Filter A one-year set for $42.73 CAD (list $91.00, 53% off). Prime members get free shipping; otherwise orders over $35 CAD ship free.

This is the OEM set for the 5300, 5300-2, 6300, 6300-2, C535, P300, 5500 and AM90: one True HEPA cartridge plus four carbon pre-filters, which covers a full year on Winix's recommended schedule (HEPA annually, carbon every three months). The filter check indicator on the unit tells you when it's due, and swapping one in takes about a minute.

The HEPA layer is rated to capture 99.99% of particles down to 0.01 microns — pollen, dust mites, pet dander, smoke. The carbon pads catch larger debris and odors first and extend the life of the HEPA media.

Third-party filters cost about half as much, and the reviews explain why people come back: airflow and fit are noticeably better on the genuine part. When an aftermarket filter doesn't seal properly, air bypasses the media entirely and the filter does nothing. Several long-term owners say they stopped buying knockoffs once the price gap narrowed to this.

It normally sits near $91, and $42.73 is a rare low — reviewers cite around $50 as the point where genuine becomes the obvious choice. 4.7 stars across 8,400+ reviews, #11 in Air Purifier Filters, 600+ bought in the past month.

If one of those models is in your house and the filter is about due, this price buys you a year.
