LG S60TR 5.1-Channel Soundbar System — Rear Surround Speakers Included! $348 CAD (42% Off)

Amazon.ca currently has the LG S60TR 5.1-channel soundbar system (rear surround speakers and wireless subwoofer included) for $348 CAD (list $599.99, 42% off). Prime members ship free; non-Prime orders over $35 CAD ship free.

This is a proper 5.1 setup: the soundbar itself, a wireless subwoofer, and a pair of rear surround speakers you place beside the couch for real surround coverage. The rear speakers use a built-in wireless receiver, so there's no signal cable running back to the bar (each still needs its own power). Total output is 420W with Dolby Digital and DTS support — noticeably more directional than a single soundbar for movies and games.

Paired with an LG TV you can control the sound straight from the TV's WOW interface — sound modes, profiles and settings all live in one menu. AI Sound Pro separates dialogue, music and effects and tunes each, which helps dialogue come through more clearly without constant manual tweaking. Connections cover Bluetooth, HDMI and optical, enough for a TV, phone or console.

An honest note: on Amazon this one sits at 3.6 stars with a fairly small review count, so it isn't a crowd-favourite. The real draw is the price — $348 against a $599.99 list, about $250 off. If your goal is an affordable first-party 5.1 kit with genuine rear surrounds, the value is right here; if you'd rather buy on reviews, compare a few other models first.
