Nintendo Switch 2 Camera — GameChat Video Chat Accessory! $59.99 CAD (14% Off)

Amazon.ca currently has the Nintendo Switch 2 Camera for $59.99 CAD (list $69.99, 14% off). Free shipping with Prime; orders over $35 ship free for non-Prime members.

This is Nintendo's official accessory for the Switch 2, built for the new system's GameChat feature. Plug it into one of the Switch 2's USB-C ports and you can video chat in TV mode, Tabletop mode, or Handheld mode. The camera angle adjusts, and the lens is wide enough to capture a whole room or a group of people.

If you regularly play online with family or friends and want video on top of it, this is exactly the scenario it was made for. Not many people need it, but there is no substitute when you do — it only works with the Switch 2, not the original Switch.

A few things to know: video requires an internet connection, a Nintendo Switch Online membership, and a Nintendo Account, and GameChat is not available in every country. Nintendo also states it does not guarantee replacement parts or repair services for its goods, so take care of it.

Switch 2 accessories are generally out of stock or selling at full price right now, so saving $10 is a rare bit of slack. It sits at 4.5 stars from 361 reviews and No. 30 in Nintendo Switch Accessory Kits.
