Hisense 55" QD8SF-Pro 4K Mini-LED QLED Fire TV — 144Hz Gaming, 144 Dimming Zones & Dolby Vision! $749.99 CAD (17% Off)

Best Buy currently has the Hisense 55" QD8SF-Pro Series 4K UHD HDR Mini-LED QLED Fire TV for $749.99 CAD (regular $899.99, 17% off). Free shipping on orders over $35.

The 55-inch panel offers native 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution with Mini-LED backlighting and a quantum dot layer, 144 full-array local dimming zones, 600 nits peak brightness and the AIPQ image processor. HDR support includes Dolby Vision, and the screen has an anti-glare, anti-reflection finish so dark scenes stay readable in a bright room.

The gaming specs are unusual at this price: native 144Hz refresh rate, VRR from 48-144Hz, ALLM, and two HDMI 2.1 ports that accept 4K 120Hz — enough for a PS5 or Xbox Series X. There's also eARC for a soundbar, plus Filmmaker Mode.

Fire TV is the operating system, with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Crave and YouTube preloaded, built-in Alexa voice control, and support for Apple AirPlay and HomeKit. Connectivity covers Wi-Fi 5, Ethernet and Bluetooth. Audio is a 2.0-channel 20W system with Dolby Atmos passthrough; a separate soundbar will do more for surround sound.

With the stand the TV measures 122.6 x 75.6 x 29.8 cm and weighs 12.7 kg; the VESA pattern is 200 x 300 (M6). This is a 2026 model sold exclusively at Best Buy, currently rated 4.7 from 446 reviews — a solid main-living-room upgrade in size and picture quality.
