It uses THERMOS vacuum insulation, so hot coffee and iced drinks hold their temperature for hours — fill it in the morning and it won't be lukewarm by afternoon. The interior is 18/8 stainless steel, BPA-free and lead-free, and won't hold onto flavours from water, coffee or tea.

The DURA-SEAL lid is leak-proof when closed, so it can lie sideways in a bag or on a seat without dripping — less fuss than many straw-lid tumblers. The GripTec base is a non-slip soft-touch pad that keeps it from sliding and cuts the clink on a desk. It's slim enough for most car cup holders, and the top rack is dishwasher safe.

16 oz is a bit over 470 ml — roughly a large coffee. The Granite colour is a matte finish that hides wear better than glossy ones.
