Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3x 15.3" Laptop — Snapdragon X, 16GB LPDDR5X, Copilot+ PC! $1,099.99 CAD (34% Off)

Best Buy is currently selling the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3x 15.3-inch laptop in Luna Grey for $1,099.99 CAD, down from $1,669.99 — a 34% saving. Orders over $35 ship free.

At the centre is a Snapdragon X X1-26-100: eight cores at 2.97GHz with a 45 TOPS NPU, which puts it in Microsoft's Copilot+ PC category. It pairs with 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and a 512GB SSD, and the SSD slot is user-upgradable so you can expand storage later without replacing the machine. Graphics come from Qualcomm's integrated Adreno GPU with 2GB of video memory.

The display is a 15.3-inch LCD at 1920 x 1200 — a 16:10 ratio — running at 60Hz with an anti-glare finish and TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification. The taller 16:10 panel is noticeably better for documents and code than 16:9, and the 1200 vertical pixels fit a few more lines on screen.

Connectivity is current: Wi-Fi 7 2x2 at 320MHz plus Bluetooth 5.4, with USB-A 3.2, USB-C 3.2 and a microSD reader; wired ethernet is handled through a USB-C adapter. The 720p webcam has dual microphones and a physical privacy shutter, and there's a fingerprint reader for sign-in. The metal top cover is tested to MIL-STD 810H.

Two caveats worth knowing: the keyboard is not backlit, and the screen is 60Hz rather than high refresh — this is an office and everyday machine, not a gaming laptop. Windows on Snapdragon also has limits on some professional apps and games, so check that your key software has an ARM build. It's rated 4.6 out of 5 across 56 reviews on Best Buy. This price is listed as ending today, October 21.
