They fit Hoover upright vacuums and carpet cleaners under part number 4010001A, and these are genuine Hoover parts. Bag fit isn't universal — collar sizes differ between models, and a "universal" bag either won't seat or leaks dust. Buy by part number. This one sits at #23 in Replacement Upright Vacuum Bags with 2,699 ratings at 4.6 stars, which is the pattern of a consumable people reorder rather than something bought once.

Three bags for $4.89 works out to $1.63 each. Consumables rarely get discounted on their own, so 63% off is a fair stock-up price. Swap one in when suction drops or the bag looks puffed up — keeping a pack in the closet beats discovering you're out halfway through a clean.
