The Razer BlackShark V3 wireless headset (officially licensed for Xbox) is $115 CAD on Amazon.ca, down from $219.99 — 48% off. Prime members ship free; non-Prime orders need $35 for free delivery.

Nearly half off is unusual for a mid-tier Razer headset.

Audio comes from Razer's TriForce Titanium 50 mm Gen-2 drivers with titanium-coated diaphragms, tuned this generation for positional clarity — footsteps, reloads, someone circling behind you. Latency is held to 10 ms via HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2, which is low enough that you won't notice any lip-sync drift.

Connectivity is where it beats most of its price bracket: 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth can run simultaneously and mix two devices, so your phone stays connected mid-match and a call comes straight through without taking the headset off. It also runs wired over USB-C when you don't want to think about charge. Razer rates battery life at 70 hours.

The mic is a detachable HyperClear Super Wideband 9.9 mm, and the wider frequency range makes voice chat sound noticeably fuller than a typical gaming mic — no shouting at your squad.

On Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One you get Windows Sonic surround; on PC, Synapse 4 unlocks THX Spatial Audio and 7.1.4, plus pro-tuned FPS EQ profiles you can save to the headset itself. Compatibility is broader than the name suggests — PS5, Mac, Switch, phones, and handhelds all work.

Two things to know going in. First, software: one 1-star reviewer found some games went silent until he disabled Razer's equalizer — worth trying first if you hit the same thing. Second, spatial audio choice: a buyer who owns two of these recommends turning THX off and using Dolby Atmos instead for a more natural soundstage. That's subjective, but it's a cheap experiment.

Two-year warranty. At $115 instead of $220, if you need a wireless headset for Xbox or PC that also handles phone calls, this is a straightforward call.
