NaturallyKIDS Toddler Backpack with Stuffed Animal — The One Kids Actually Want to Carry! $44.98 CAD (25% Off)

Amazon.ca has the NaturallyKIDS toddler backpack with a stuffed animal toy for $44.98 CAD (list $59.98, 25% off). Prime members ship free; otherwise free shipping on orders over $35.

This one is aimed at the toddler stage — the age where a kid is just learning to carry their own things to daycare. The bag itself is small; the draw is the plush animal that comes with it. A kid wanting to bring "their" animal along beats any ergonomic feature you can put on a tiny backpack.

It's ranked #3 in Kids' Backpacks on Amazon.ca with 21,315 reviews at 4.7 stars — about as mainstream as this category gets. As a birthday gift it's a safer bet than another toy car, and parents won't mind the shelf space.

At 25% off you save $15, which for kid gear that rarely moves on price is a fair spot to buy.
