If you do HIIT, jump rope or lift at home, a standard yoga mat is usually too small — one big move and you're off the mat, and it slides around. This one is a proper 6' x 4' (about 32% more training area than a standard mat), big enough for P90x, Insanity, T25, Zumba, burpees, kettlebells and more.

At 8mm — over a third of an inch — the high-density PVC is a touch thicker than the common 7mm mats, so landings from jumps and push-ups feel noticeably cushioned and kinder on knees and wrists. The top is corrugated and the bottom uses a suction-cup structure for double-sided grip; it stays put whether you wear shoes or not.

The high-density material also means it won't curl up like a cheap yoga mat — roll it, stand it up, or tuck it in a closet. The surface is waterproof and wipes clean with a towel. The set includes a HAPBEAR resistance band and a storage bag. It's currently the #5 best seller in Exercise Mats with 4.6 stars. If you want a proper home gym zone, this size and thickness deliver.
