This 65-inch S7N is part of Hisense's CanvasTV art series, and its headline trick is that the screen never has to sit there as a black rectangle—Art Mode displays artwork or your own family photos, with free access to Hisense's art collection. The panel is 4K UHD QLED with edge-lit backlighting, supporting Dolby Vision and HDR at a native 3840×2160, which helps colour and contrast in brighter rooms.

For gamers it offers a 144Hz refresh rate with MR480 motion enhancement and an 8ms response time, plus a game mode; two of its four HDMI ports are HDMI 2.1, so a PS5 or Xbox can run at high refresh and high frame rates. It runs Google TV with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon and Disney+ preloaded, supports Alexa and Google Assistant voice control, has Chromecast built in, and works with Apple HomeKit.

Audio comes from four built-in speakers (two rear, two upward-firing) rated at 36W total, with DTS Virtual X and a bit of height-channel feel from the upward drivers. An UltraSlim wall mount (400×200) is included for a flat, art-like installation. With the stand it measures 145.1cm wide, 89.4cm tall and 38.1cm deep, weighing 29.3kg; without the stand it's just 3.5cm thin. A presence sensor powers the screen only when you're nearby to save energy.

At $1137.99 CAD for a 65-inch QLED with 144Hz, Dolby Vision and Art Mode—$462 CAD below the $1599.99 list price—it fits anyone who wants a living-room TV that handles both movies and console gaming.
