Amazon.ca has the Acer KG241Y Sbiip 23.8" Full HD gaming monitor for $109.99 CAD, down from its $189.99 list price — 42% off. Prime members ship free; non-Prime orders over $35 CAD ship free too. There's also a clippable coupon on the product page, so keep an eye out at checkout.

23.8 inches, 1920 x 1080 Full HD, a 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response — the current entry-level standard for FPS play. 165Hz is far smoother than the usual 60Hz, and the 1ms response keeps fast turns and flick shots free of smearing. AMD FreeSync Premium syncs the monitor to your graphics card's frame rate, eliminating tearing and stutter — the difference is obvious in games like CS, Valorant and Apex.

The ZeroFrame design leaves a near-invisible bezel, so a pair side by side looks clean for dual-monitor setups. It supports HDR10 for better contrast, and it's VESA-compatible if desk space is tight. Connectivity is 2 HDMI plus DisplayPort, and an HDMI cable is included, so it works out of the box. 178-degree viewing angles, 250 nits brightness, 45W power draw.

It holds a 4.5-star average across 4,000+ reviews, ranking #2,227 in Electronics and #92 in Computer Monitors — a very solidly reviewed monitor at this price, and it comes with a 3-year warranty. $189.99 is steep for a 165Hz 23.8" panel, so $109.99 is a fair buy — for a second rig or as an external display for laptop gaming, it's hard to fault at this price.
