Its headline is the backlight: Mini-LED with a quantum dot layer and full array local dimming split across 160 independent zones, peaking at 600 nits. That's not a huge zone count, but at this price it noticeably cleans up blooming around starfields and dark-scene subtitles compared with standard direct-lit LED.

The panel supports Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG, with the AIPQ engine handling per-frame processing and a Filmmaker Mode available when you want the director's intent. Native 4K (3840 x 2160) on a 60 Hz panel, but the VRR range is rated 60-120 Hz and ALLM handles auto low latency — fine for 4K 60 fps gaming on a PS5 or Xbox.
