Charge 3 SE is Fitbit's longest-running, best-reviewed entry tracker. Three things matter here: 24/7 heart rate tracking, automatic sleep-stage tracking (light, deep, REM), and 15+ exercise modes — run, bike, swim, yoga, circuit training and more. It's swim-proof and water resistant to 50M, so you can wear it in the shower and log swims.

The 0.96-inch OLED touchscreen stays readable in sunlight, and the battery runs up to 7 days (closer to 5–7 with heart rate always on). It pairs with your phone's GPS for real-time pace and distance on outdoor runs and rides, and pushes call, text and app notifications to your wrist.
