Stanley 19-1600 Foam Filter for Wet/Dry Vacs — Washable and Reusable, Under $9! $8.98 CAD (64% Off)

Amazon.ca has the Stanley 19-1600 foam filter for $8.98 CAD (list price $24.97, 64% off). Prime members ship free; otherwise orders over $35 ship free.

It's the replacement foam filter for 5- to 18-gallon wet/dry vacuums. You need foam any time you pick up liquid — a flooded garage floor, a wet car interior, an overflowing sink. Run a standard pleated filter through that once and it's done.

Fits SL18115, SL18115P, SL18116, SL18116P, SL18191P, SL18199P, SL18117, SL18701P-10A, SL18410P-5A, SL18410-5B and PCX18406-5B. Check the model plate on your vac before ordering — none of these cross over to other brands.

Dense foam, rinse it out and let it dry and it goes back in; Stanley suggests cleaning every one to two months. It's the kind of part you never think about until the vac is unusable and you're hunting for one at full price.
