KitchenAid 33" 22.1 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator — PrintShield Stainless + Full-Width Pantry Drawer! $2,199.99 CAD (12% Off)

Best Buy currently has the KitchenAid 33" 22.1 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator (KRBR133SPS, PrintShield Stainless) for $2,199.99 CAD (regular $2,499.99, 12% off). Orders over $35 ship free.

A bottom freezer puts the things you reach for daily — milk, eggs, leftovers — at eye level, so you're not bending down every time. Total capacity is 22.07 cu. ft., split into 15.62 cu. ft. of fresh food space and a 6.45 cu. ft. pull-out freezer drawer, so finding something frozen doesn't mean leaning in head-first. The unit measures 82.87 cm wide (32.63"), 177.8 cm high (70") and 85.73 cm deep (33.75"), and it's freestanding — a cut-out of 33" wide by 69" high is enough.

Inside there are five shelves, and the framed spill-resistant ones with metallic accents keep messes from running down to the next level. Produce gets two half-width humidity-controlled crispers, plus there's a full-width pantry drawer for wide or long items — bacon, butcher meat, that kind of thing. Ultra-bright LED lighting comes on when either door opens.

The PrintShield finish is the practical highlight: it resists smudges and fingerprints and wipes clean with water and a soft cloth, which matters in a house with kids. The fridge is ENERGY STAR certified with an EnerGuide rating of 500 kWh per year.

Two things to know before you buy: there's no factory ice maker, though KitchenAid sells an optional kit that installs inside the freezer drawer, and the doors are not reversible, so check your kitchen layout first. At 128.37 kg, delivery is definitely a two-person job.

Best Buy's appliance delivery specialists call within 24 hours of purchase, and that's a good moment to add installation or recycling. The sale ends October 30.
