Dreame FloorX 500 Cordless Wet/Dry Vacuum & Mop — 18kPa Suction with 90°C Self-Cleaning! $269.99 CAD (61% Off)

Best Buy currently has the Dreame FloorX 500 cordless wet/dry upright vacuum and mop (Black) for $269.99 CAD (regular $699.99, 61% off). Free shipping on orders over $35. The price runs until November 6.

It combines a vacuum and a mop in one body: dry debris gets picked up, while spills, footprints and kitchen grease get a fresh-water spray and a rotating brush in the same pass. Suction is 18kPa with a brush spinning at 480 RPM, four speed levels, and a spot-cleaning mode for whatever just hit the floor.

Hard floors are the target — tile, hardwood and laminate — and dual edge brushes plus a flexible body reach under furniture and into corners. In pet households, hair wrapping around the roller is the usual failure point; Dreame uses a tangle-free brush rated to stay clear, which removes the scissors-and-hair routine.

Self-cleaning is the feature that earns its keep: one press runs a 90°C hot wash through the brush to strip grease, then 90°C hot air drying so the roller doesn't sit damp and start to smell. A HEPA filter captures fine particles, which matters if someone in the house has allergies. It's bagless — dump and rinse the dirty water tank.

Runtime is 50 minutes per charge, enough for a full floor in one go. At 6.2 kg it stands upright against a wall and doesn't eat much space. The LED display and voice prompts make the current mode obvious at a glance.

One caveat: it's built for hard floors, so carpeted homes should look elsewhere. For tile and hardwood without hand-washing a mop, $269.99 is a low point for this class.
