Each hook holds up to 3 lb (1.36 kg), enough for keys, dog leashes, kitchen utensils, hats and light decor. The real value is in the removal: hold the top of the strip, pull straight down slowly, and the adhesive comes off in one piece — no holes, no sticky residue, so renters and dorm students can use them without risking a damage charge.

They stick to more surfaces than you'd expect: painted walls, finished wood, painted concrete cinder blocks, laminate, glass, metal and tile. Wipe the spot with rubbing alcohol first and they hold much better; wait seven days after painting before mounting.
