Apple Pencil Pro — Pressure Sensitivity, Haptics & Find My for iPad! $148.99 CAD (12% Off)

Amazon.ca currently has the Apple Pencil Pro for $148.99 CAD (list $169.00 — 12% off). Prime members ship free; otherwise orders over $35 ship free.

First, the important part: it only works with iPad Pro 13"/11" (M4) and iPad Air 13"/11" (M2), so check your model before buying — older Pro/Air models won't work. That's what the "Device Compatibility Check Required" line in the title means.

If your iPad is on the list, it adds three things over the previous generation: squeeze and barrel-roll gestures to switch tools and brushes without leaving the tip; haptics, so you can feel shapes snap into place; and Find My support, so you can locate the pencil if it disappears into the couch.

Writing and drawing are pixel-perfect with tilt and pressure sensitivity and low latency, and it pairs and charges magnetically on the side of the iPad. On iPad Pro and iPad Air (M2) you also get hover, to preview a mark before you make it. With apps like GoodNotes, Procreate and Freeform, notes, sketches and PDF markup all feel natural.

It's for anyone set on the first-party pencil: 4.5 stars across 10,363 ratings, with 1,000+ bought last month. The drop is only 12%, but Apple accessories rarely discount — worth a look if you need one anyway.
