Amazon.ca has the Silicon Power P34A60 2TB NVMe M.2 SSD for $349.97 CAD (listed reference price $599.97, 42% off). Prime members ship free; otherwise free shipping on orders over $35.

First, what tier this drive actually sits in: PCIe Gen3x4, M.2 2280, 2,200 MB/s sequential read and 1,600 MB/s write. That is entry-level NVMe, not the Gen4 class that advertises 7,000 MB/s. Its job is clear — adding capacity to an older laptop or office PC, acting as a game storage drive, or filling a mini PC or NAS. It is not the drive you buy to shave half a second off boot.

2TB at 1,200 TBW works out to a bit over eleven years at 300 GB written per day (the warranty covers five years or the TBW limit, whichever comes first). For most people the endurance figure is effectively unfillable.

M.2 2280 form factor

Two things to check before you install: the M.2 slot on your board or laptop must be M key, because this drive has no B notch and will not seat in a B-key slot; and the mounting screw normally comes with the motherboard, so if your case does not have one, ask the board manufacturer. Silicon Power calls both out in the documentation, which tells you people have been caught by them.

4.5 stars from 8,713 reviews, ranked #37 in Internal Solid State Drives. Gen3 drives are shipping in smaller volumes now, and what remains is mostly clearance stock or the budget tier. If you need capacity rather than benchmark numbers, the cost per gigabyte here is reasonable — just do not buy it as a performance upgrade.
