VersionTECH. Wired Gaming Mouse — Under $15, and the RGB Can Be Turned Off! $14.99 CAD (42% Off)

Amazon.ca currently has the VersionTECH. wired gaming mouse (7-colour RGB, four DPI steps) for $14.99 CAD, down from $25.99 — 42% off. Prime members ship free; otherwise orders over $35 CAD ship free.

For under fifteen dollars, don't expect 26,000 DPI and programmable macros. What you get is the part that matters day to day: four DPI steps at 800 / 1200 / 1600 / 2400 on a button, six buttons, a rubber-clad scroll wheel, 82 grams, and true plug-and-play across Windows, Mac and Linux.

The lighting cycles through seven colours; if you'd rather not have it, hold Forward + Back and tap DPI to switch it off — which matters in an office, where a glowing desk is a distraction. The cable is fixed, so plan your cable routing yourself.

This brand has been on Amazon for a decade: 16,000+ reviews at 4.5 stars and #14 in PC Gaming Mice. One reviewer bought theirs in 2023, gamed for hours daily, and by 2026 the buttons, cable and lighting were all still fine. At this price, lasting that long counts for more than a spec sheet.

Good as a spare, as the office mouse that keeps disappearing, or as a kid's first mouse.
