The usual failure of a single-serve blender is power: ice stays chunky, frozen banana turns into paste. The BlendBoss is the most powerful ice-crushing tumbler in Ninja's lineup — 1,200 peak watts driving a stainless CrushBlade, which the company rates for crushing ice to snow. The reviews back that up; several praise how it handles ice and frozen fruit, and one reviewer's only complaint was the noise.

Three Auto-iQ presets cover Smoothie, Ice Crush and Blend. One press and the machine runs its own pattern of pulsing, blending and pausing, so you are not standing there tapping a button. The 26oz tumbler has a contoured handle and is shaped to fit standard cupholders, so you blend and walk out.
