American Tourister Luggage ID Tag (Mickey Pride) — Spot Your Bag in Seconds! $4 CAD (50% Off)

Amazon.ca has the American Tourister luggage ID tag in the Mickey Pride design for $4 CAD, half off the $7.95 list price. Prime members ship free; otherwise free shipping over $35.

It's a small vinyl tag with an ID card on the back for your name, address, city, postal code and phone number, held on by a secure snap closure that American Tourister says won't come loose in transit.

The practical value is in the colour and graphic. Every suitcase on the carousel is black, and a bright Mickey tag lets you spot yours from across the belt instead of squinting at every handle. Half the job of a tag is identification, the other half is making sure someone can reach you if they grab the wrong bag — this does both.

Four dollars is an add-on item you throw in the cart. Good for your own bag or the kid's, and the kind of thing you keep meaning to buy and never do.
