A 7 cu. ft. drum handles a family's regular laundry without complaint, and bulky items — thick towels, duvet covers, jackets — still have room to tumble. That matters: an overloaded dryer rolls clothes into a ball that comes out dry outside and damp inside, so headroom in the drum is worth more than an extra feature.

Eleven cycles cover the usual ground: Normal, Heavy Duty, Bulky Items, Casual, Delicates, Quick Dry, Towels, Timed Dry, Air Dry and more. Four temperature settings and three dryness levels let you match the cycle to the fabric. AutoSense measures temperature to gauge how dry the load is and stops when it's done, rather than running a fixed timer and cooking the clothes.

Quick Dry is rated for small loads in under 30 minutes (based on a 3 lb. load) — the shirt you need tonight, the kid's gym gear for tomorrow. Air Only uses no heat at all, which is right for airing out seasonal clothes, loosening wrinkles and anything heat-sensitive. Wrinkle Assist keeps tumbling intermittently after the cycle ends to keep creases from setting in.

The side-swing door makes loading and unloading easier than reaching down into a top-opening machine, and exhaust can route out the rear or the bottom for more placement options. Check Vent alerts you when the outdoor vent needs cleaning — a clogged vent quietly wrecks drying performance. The powder-coated drum is durable and scratch-resistant. Dimensions are 73.66 cm wide (29"), 105.41 cm high (41.5") and 72.39 cm deep (28.5"), 49.44 kg; it's not stackable and the door isn't reversible. This is a vented electric model, so you'll need the right outlet and a vent path.

It sits at 4.3 stars across 93 reviews on Best Buy. At $749.99 the capacity and cycle set are priced sensibly, and the sale runs until November 20.
