Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Plus — Half Price, Turns Any TV Smart! $49.99 CAD (50% Off)

Amazon.ca has the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Plus for $49.99 CAD (list $99.99, 50% off). Free shipping with Prime, or on orders over $35 without it.

One HDMI into the TV, power from the wall adapter, join your Wi-Fi — that's the whole setup. If your TV's built-in system is sluggish, missing apps, or buries everything three menus deep, this replaces the smart part entirely. The 2026 Fire TV experience is the biggest redesign in years: content sorted into dedicated categories, more apps pinnable to the home row, and Alexa+ recommendations so you spend less time scrolling.

Wi-Fi 6 support keeps 4K streaming steady even with phones and tablets on the same router. You get Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and Dolby Atmos passthrough if your TV handles it. And you don't need a subscription to watch something — Tubi, Pluto TV and CBC GEM are all there with hundreds of thousands of free movies and episodes.

Worth knowing: with Xbox Game Pass you can cloud-game titles like Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 or Hogwarts Legacy without owning a console.

The voice remote has power and volume keys and doubles as a smart-home controller.

4.6 stars across 2,100+ reviews, 5,000+ bought in the past month. At $49.99 it sits below its usual $79.99+ street price. Good fit for a spare TV, a bedroom, or a finished basement.
