The worst part of fall cleanup isn't the leaves — it's the dozens of trips bending over to bag them. This thing takes that part away: a 26-inch sweeping width with two brushes per section rolls grass clippings, leaves and pine needles into the 3.6-bushel bag behind it, and the bag lifts straight off to empty. At 8.73 kg with a foam grip handle, you push it rather than carry it.

Height adjusts across 5 positions up to 12 inches, so you can dial it in when moving from lawn to driveway, sidewalk or patio. How tight the bristles sit against the ground decides how much it actually picks up — the one thing reviewers keep repeating is that the brushes need frequent small adjustments, and that a well-adjusted setup picks up noticeably more.

The reputation here isn't spotless: 2,144 reviews average 3.5 stars. The happy ones talk about their back. One reviewer with a yard that used to produce about 25 bags of leaves says a single pass gets roughly 90% of them and it beats raking by a wide margin; another uses it to collect aeration plugs. The complaints cluster in two places — the wheels feel plasticky and it takes real effort to push, and a first pass leaves plenty behind: about 80% on a flat, freshly cut lawn, with edges, wet leaves and pine cones still needing a rake.

So it's not "buy this and never rake again." It's a way to clear the most tiring 80% first. If you have a big lawn and bag dozens of bags every fall, $210.99 is cheaper than hiring someone once, and it carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty. If your yard is small with a couple of trees, skip it — a rake and some paper bags take less space.
