It's built to do double duty: fold the handrail down and it becomes an under-desk walking pad, raise it to switch into running mode. The quiet 2.25 HP motor covers a walking range of 0.6–2.5 mph and a running range of 0.6–7.5 mph, up to 7.5 mph.

The running belt uses a 5-layer shock-absorbing structure with absorbers to protect knees and ankles, and the spacious non-slip deck is about 1 m long. It supports up to 120 kg (264.55 lb). The foldable frame stores easily at roughly 27 x 5 x 52 inches, and built-in transport wheels make it easy to move solo.
An LED display tracks your workout data in real time and the included remote gives quick control; it also connects to the GYMAX app on phone or tablet for more training functions. The unit measures about 68.58 x 106.68 x 124.46 cm and weighs around 33.8 kg. The package includes the treadmill, an accessory kit, a remote (requires one CR2032 button battery, not included), and a user manual.
