Fitbit Inspire 3 — 18 g, 10-Day Battery, Sleep Data That Beats Pricier Watches at $129.94 CAD

Amazon.ca currently has the Google Fitbit Inspire 3 fitness tracker at $129.94 CAD. It sits at this price most of the year — this isn't a flash sale — which is why it's here as a worth-buying pick. Prime members ship free; otherwise orders over $35 CAD ship free.

What makes it work is how little you notice it. At 18 g with a 0.74-inch AMOLED touchscreen, it disappears on your wrist overnight — and that matters, because a tracker you take off at 2 a.m. collects useless sleep data. It's water resistant to 50 m, so showers and swims are fine.

Battery is rated up to 10 days. With always-on SpO2 and constant notifications expect a bit less; charging once a week or so is realistic.

The data is the real argument: 24/7 heart rate, resting heart rate, high/low heart rate alerts, SpO2, skin temperature, 20+ exercise modes with auto-detection, and a daily readiness score. Sleep tracking covers automatic detection, a nightly sleep score and a sleep profile, and the alarm is a vibrating smart wake that fires during light sleep instead of jolting you out of deep sleep. There's also a daily stress score with breathing sessions — two minutes before a meeting genuinely helps.

Two caveats up front: irregular rhythm notifications are only available in select countries, and SpO2 isn't live in every market. Worth confirming on the product page before you order.

In the box: the tracker, two bands (one silicone, one slimmer), and a charging cable, plus a 3-month Premium membership for deeper sleep analysis and workout classes. Let it lapse and the basics keep working.

9,000+ reviews at 4.2 stars, ranked #1 in Sport Activity Trackers. The two things reviewers mention most: it's narrow enough that a metal band makes it look like jewellery rather than a fitness tracker, and it lasts — one owner has been wearing theirs since 2023 with no real battery loss.

Buy it if you want something small, infrequently charged, focused on sleep and heart rate. If you need built-in GPS or a big screen for messages, you're looking at the Versa or Charge line instead.
