Zinus Denzel Bamboo Sofa, 68-Inch — Fits a Small Living Room, $360 CAD (27% Off)

Amazon.ca has the Zinus Denzel bamboo-frame sofa (68-inch, dark grey) for $360 CAD, down from $490 — 27% off. Prime members ship free; otherwise orders over $35 CAD ship free.

The 68-inch (173 cm) length is the real point: most three-seat sofas run 80 inches and up, which in a condo or small living room leaves no walkway. This one seats three without blocking the doorway.

The frame is bamboo and steel, and Zinus makes a point of it being quiet — no creaking when you sit down, which is exactly the usual complaint about budget fabric sofas. Seat and back cushions are removable and the covers wash, something households with kids or cats will care about.

It arrives flat-packed. Zinus recommends two people, tools are in the box, and assembly runs about half an hour to an hour. The whole thing weighs 47.2 kg, so plan the route upstairs before it shows up.

A fair warning: the review sample is thin — 13 reviews at 3.7 stars, which means some buyers were unhappy with the seat feel or the build. Worth reading the negative ones before ordering. The fabric is soft and the fill is listed as soft, so if you like a firm seat this will feel like it swallows you.

If your budget is under $400 and the room is small, a bamboo frame with washable covers at this price isn't bad. If you'll be sitting on it for hours daily, try the firmness somewhere first.
