ViewSonic VS2447M 24 Inch Monitor — 1080p 100Hz with FreeSync for the Home Office! $127.00 CAD (33% Off)

Amazon.ca has the ViewSonic VS2447M 24-inch monitor for $127.00 CAD (list $188.65, 33% off). Prime members ship free; otherwise free shipping on orders over $35.

It's a 24-inch 1920x1080 panel running at 100Hz rather than the usual 60Hz, with AMD FreeSync to keep scrolling and video free of tearing. 178-degree viewing angles, 250 nits, and a three-sided frameless bezel that keeps the gap thin if you pair two of them.

Eye comfort is the other pitch: Flicker-Free backlight plus a blue light filter, which matters over a long spreadsheet day. Inputs are HDMI and VGA — old laptops, older desktops and even industrial or retro gear still connect, which is exactly why a lot of people buy this as a second screen.

Dual speakers are built in, so you get sound without a separate set. The stand tilts only; for height adjustment you'll want an arm or a riser, and the back is VESA mountable.

4.5 stars over 884 reviews, ranked #68 in computer monitors. One buyer hooked it to an Amiga 1200 for retro gaming after a no-name 15-inch disappointed, others just wanted a second office display — the verdict is "good value, does the job."

One caveat worth knowing: Amazon's spec table lists 75Hz while the title and ViewSonic's own page say 100Hz, so what you actually get depends on cable and GPU output settings. And this is 1080p, not 4K — the appeal here is price, legacy-friendly ports and a 3-year warranty.
