Fabric bands beat the rubber-loop kind mainly because they don't roll up or slide. Polygon sews grip strips into the inside of each band, so during squats, glute bridges and side steps it stays put on your thighs — and it doesn't pinch bare skin. The three bands are light (14-25 lb), medium (25-35 lb) and heavy (40-50 lb), so you can rotate for warm-ups and progression.

In the box you get a workout program and a carry pouch, so you can train at home, on the road or at the gym in as little as twenty minutes a day. Over 7,400 ratings at 4.6 stars and ranked #3 in Resistance Bands — a pretty safe pick.
