You get Paisley and Elsa D. minidolls plus a bunny. The accessories do the heavy lifting: cones, strawberry/vanilla/chocolate servings, a spoon, a sprinkle can, an umbrella, two chairs, a cash register, and money — enough to set up a whole little stand and keep playing after the build is done.

2,600+ reviews at 4.8 stars, #61 in Toy Building Sets. At just over $15 for something that builds and plays, it's an easy birthday gift or a box to keep for a rainy afternoon.
