Tidy Cats Lightweight Clumping Litter, 17 lb — Half the Weight of Regular Litter! $40.27 CAD (43% Off)

Amazon.ca has Purina Tidy Cats Lightweight Instant Action clumping litter, 17 lb box, for $40.27 CAD (list $71.26, 43% off). Prime members ship free; otherwise orders over $35 CAD ship free.

Two things annoy cat owners most: scooping, and hauling a 20 kg box of litter up the stairs. This one weighs 7.71 kg and is billed as 50% lighter than the leading clumping litter — less weight, same amount of litter. If you live in an apartment or your back isn't what it was, that matters more than any scent.

Odour control is the headline: 21 days of ammonia odour prevention when used as directed, holding up across multiple boxes in a multi-cat house. The scent is Clean Linen — laundry-fresh rather than perfume-over-smell. It's rated 99.9% dust free, so pouring doesn't fog the room, and the clumps form tight and firm so they don't crumble when you scoop.

4.6 stars, 4,200+ reviews, #108 in cat litter — thoroughly tested by actual households. A 43% discount is unusual; this box normally runs $55–70, so $40.27 is a stock-up price.

One caveat: lightweight granules are easier for cats to kick out of the box, so a mat in front will save you sweeping.
