Two 20-inch blue housings with 1-inch NPT brass ports, a 5-micron PP sediment cartridge and a carbon block cartridge, plus wrench, brackets and screws. It installs at the main supply so every tap and appliance gets filtered water: stage one catches silt, sand and rust (the cartridge turns brown when it's spent), stage two pulls chlorine, taste and odour. Rated 6-12 months or 100,000 gallons, 5-15 GPM depending on incoming pressure.

The most detailed review (4.3 stars, 79 ratings) covers two months of use with no leaks, confirms it accepts any standard 4.5 x 20-inch cartridge, and warns against the 3/4-inch version of the same housing — those ports are threaded into plastic rather than brass and won't seal. Another owner notes the kit doesn't include the 1-inch nipple that joins the two housings, so budget for one fitting.

Installation is DIY-able but not beginner-easy: thread tape, silicone grease on the O-rings, hand-tight plus a nudge with the wrench. Above 80 psi you need a pressure regulator ahead of it, which the manual states plainly. On municipal water that already tastes fine, you don't need this.
