🎉 史新低！Delsey Paris Helium Aero 21" Hardside Expandable Spinner — Full Polycarbonate! $166.59 CAD (34% Off)

Amazon.ca has the Delsey Paris Helium Aero hardside expandable spinner in Blue Cobalt, Carry-On Plus 21-inch, at $166.59 CAD — down from $254.12, so 34% off. Prime members ship free; otherwise free over $35.

The shell is a single piece of polycarbonate, not ABS and not a PC laminate, finished in a deep metallic blue. It flexes on impact instead of cracking. The wheels are four double spinners — eight contact points — so the case rolls standing upright or tilted with almost no weight on your hand, which is the difference you feel in a long terminal corridor. The TSA three-dial combination lock is built into the side rather than hanging off the zipper, and the case expands about two inches when you've bought too much on the way home. Inside there are two fully lined compartments with web straps, and the handle is recessed and one-button telescoping.

The size needs saying plainly. Exterior dimensions are 23.25 × 15.25 × 10.75 inches including wheels and handle; interior is 20 × 14.5 × 10.25 inches; it weighs 3.81 kg. Air Canada and WestJet typically cap carry-ons at 21.5 × 15.5 × 9 inches, so this "Carry-On Plus" is over the limit — one reviewer ended up paying to check it on repeated international flights. Measure against your airline's rules before you buy and treat this as a compact checked bag; used that way, the capacity and the expander make much more sense.

4.2 stars over 478 ratings, #700 in Carry-On Luggage. The praise is consistent: smooth wheels, solid zippers, useful compartments. The complaints are about the finish — one gate-check left it visibly scratched, so don't expect it to stay pristine.
