It's a 23.8-inch 1080p panel with a native 1920 x 1080 resolution at 16:9. Acer went with IPS rather than a cheaper TN panel, so viewing angles hit 178° both horizontally and vertically — shift in your chair and the colours hold. Colour coverage is sRGB 99% at 250 cd/m² brightness, and the screen is matte-finished to diffuse ambient light and cut reflections.

The real story is motion: up to 240Hz refresh with a 0.5ms grey-to-grey response time. Fast camera swings and flick shots in shooters produce noticeably less ghosting and blur. AMD FreeSync Premium adds variable refresh so tearing and stutter stay contained when frame rates dip.
