Bedfolks Orthopedic Dog Bed XL (41×29 in) — Egg Crate Foam, Waterproof Washable Cover! $58.00 CAD (41% Off)

Amazon.ca has the Bedfolks orthopedic dog crate bed in brown, 41 × 29 × 3.5 inches, for $58.00 CAD (list $98.59 — 41% off). Prime members ship free; otherwise free shipping over $35.

The fill is high-density egg crate foam rather than polyfill that flattens into a mat — it spreads weight out instead of compressing under pressure, which is the spec that actually matters for an older or heavier dog. Rated for pets up to 90 lb / 41 kg.

The cover is reversible: sherpa fleece on one side for winter, Oxford fabric on the other for the warmer months. It's waterproof on all sides so an accident doesn't soak into the foam, and the zippered cover goes straight into the machine.

Sized to drop into a standard 36-inch crate, and it sits flat instead of bunching at the corners. Ships rolled and vacuum packed — give it about half an hour to reach full thickness.

One thing to be clear about: this is a 3.5-inch flat pad, not a bolstered nest, so don't expect pillow-level cushioning. German shepherd owners in the reviews use them as crate liners and travel beds precisely because they're light and easy to move around.

Ranked #254 in Dog Beds with 285 reviews at 4.3 stars.
