LG 6.3 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer & 7.3 Cu. Ft. Electric Steam Dryer — Matching Matte Black Pair, Buy Once and Done! $2699.98 CAD

Best Buy currently has the LG 6.3 cu. ft. mega capacity top load washer and 7.3 cu. ft. electric steam dryer in matte black for $2699.98 CAD (list $2949.98, 8% off). Orders over $35 ship free.

This is the pair bought together rather than two models pieced together later: same series, same finish, so the laundry room looks intentional and you are not gambling on two shades of black matching. The washer is a top loader with a 6.3 cu. ft. drum — LG's large-capacity bracket — enough for a family's weekly laundry plus a set of sheets in one go. The dryer is bigger still at 7.3 cu. ft., which means thick towels and a duvet get room to tumble instead of balling up and coming out damp in the middle.

The dryer is electric with a steam function. Steam cycles earn their keep in two places: knocking the wrinkles out of shirts and jackets that have been folded in a closet, and clearing odours — damp, smoke — that cling to fabric. The matte black finish hides fingerprints better than polished stainless, so wet hands on the door do not leave marks.

One practical thing about a top loader: if you remember the missing sock after the cycle starts, you lift the lid and drop it in instead of waiting for the drum to stop. This pair has no ratings yet as a new listing, so check the product page for spin speeds, cycle counts and dry levels before ordering — configurations shift between batches.
