Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress, King, 10 Inch — $343 in a Box (25% Off)

Amazon.ca has the Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress in King, 10 inches thick, for $343 CAD (list $460, 25% off). Prime members ship free; otherwise orders over $35 CAD ship free.

The pitch here is logistics: the whole mattress arrives compressed in one box that fits through a normal doorway and up a stairwell, then expands to full 10-inch height within 24 to 72 hours of unboxing. If you're renting, hauling things upstairs, or just don't want to schedule a delivery window, that alone is the argument.

Three layers: conforming memory foam on top, a soft comfort foam with open air pockets through the middle for airflow, and a high-density base for support. It's a sink-then-support feel, rated medium firmness, aimed at back sleepers and average-weight sleepers. The foam is infused with green tea and moisture-absorbing ActivCharcoal — that's about keeping the mattress fresher, not adding a scent.

The foam is CertiPUR-US certified, there's a 10-year limited warranty, the King supports up to 500 lbs, and the whole thing weighs 30.4 kg. Expect a bit of new-foam smell for the first day or two — air the room out. In cold weather it takes longer to reach full size, so don't plan to sleep on it the same night in winter.

Worth being straight with you: 200+ reviews averaging 3.6 stars means this isn't a mattress everyone loves. Memory foam runs warm, so hot sleepers will want a cooling topper, and anyone who prefers a firm bed will find it soft. Decide first whether you want to sink in or be held up.

A King at $343 is a rare price band in Canada. If you're already shopping for a mattress, it's worth a try.
